Terms of Service for Beam Hubs

b. For Creators:

  • Payouts will be made according to our payment schedule and subject to applicable fees and withholding for taxes.

  • Creators must provide accurate tax and payment information. Failure to do so may result in delays or suspension of payouts.

c. Platform Fees and Taxes:

  • Beam Hubs charges a platform fee on creator earnings. Details about the fee structure are provided in the account dashboard.

  • You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with your earnings or purchases on the platform.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes, including the solicitation of or engagement in illegal services.

  • Harass, threaten, stalk, or impersonate other users, or engage in any abusive behavior.

  • Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.

  • Circumvent any security measures, tamper with the platform’s technology, or attempt to access restricted areas.

  • Upload or distribute malicious software, viruses, or any other harmful code.

  • Post or distribute any content involving exploitation, trafficking, or non-consensual acts, or otherwise violating these Terms.

6. Platform Rights

  • Content Moderation: Beam Hubs reserves the right to remove, block, or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at our discretion.
